Key Responsibilities
-Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
-Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant applications using C# and .NET Core/Framework.
-Architecture and Design: Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
-Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
-Testing and Debugging: Develop unit tests, conduct code reviews, and debug issues to ensure high-quality software.
What would you need?
-At least 6 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on .NET and C#.
-Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding development teams.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
-Experienced with front-end technologies like Vue.js, React, Angular, or other.
-Experienced with one or more cloud infrastructure providers: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
-Strong ability to work cross-functionally with design, QA, and product teams, while managing stakeholder expectation.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
