Details of the offer

The appointee will be responsible for areas as designated by the Manager, Campus Service Unit. These include:- Deliver quality customer service;- Basic vendor management;- Identify, research and propose new technologies and/or solutions for the University;- Handle desktop security which includes reviewing, downloading, testing and deploying system patches and updates;- Handle usage of desktop management tool to create and deploy images;- Provide support to the University data centre; and- Participate in IT projects and initiatives.**HOW TO APPLY**:The "Application Process" section in our website indicates the steps you need to follow.
