Technical Sales Executive (Based In Penang)

Job Description Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunity and carry out effective strategies, action plans and sales activities to achieve sales target.
Respond to customers? enquiry and problem solving to ensure highest customer service standard is achieved in a timely and competent manner.
To upgrade technical knowledge by hand on and on-site training.
Study on market trend and competitors? activities.
Manage collection from customers and credit control.
Other relevant duties and assignments as and when needed.
Requirements:
Degree, Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferable minimum 2 years working experience in the plating industry.
Fresh graduates for Chemistry are encourage to apply.
Good communication skill with written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Customer-oriented, discipline, initiative driven and with pleasant personality.
Team player, organize, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skills.
Computer skills ? MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
