Technical Service Engineer

Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2- 3 years technical experience in semiconductor, engineering, high-tech environment
- Exposure to a wide range of semiconductor equipment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Equipment troubleshooting skills and process tuning capabilities
Responsibilities:- Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
