The Technical Consultant Architect is a technical expert who bridges the gap between sales and technical teams, playing a crucial role in winning new business.

Customer-Needs Assessment -Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.

Solution Development and Demonstration -Craft compelling and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
-Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).

-Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the company's offerings.
Technical Expertise -Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and technologies.

Collaboration and Support -Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Education -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
-Master's degree preferred for more senior roles.
Experience -Mid-Level: 3–5 years of experience in a presales or related role with a proven track record of success.
-Senior Level: 5+ years of experience in a presales leadership role, with expertise in a specific industry or technology.
-Experience working with Cloud Providers, System Integrators, and Infrastructure Providers.
Technical Skills -Strong understanding of Cloud Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, On-Premises Infrastructure, and Managed Services Solutions.
-Ability to architect Cloud Solutions and Cloud Infrastructure.
-Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Communication and Soft Skills -Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
-Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
