Job Description
Develop and maintain system development plans, outline project status tasks, milestones, completion estimates and resource allocation that merge customer requirements with company goals.
Coordinate roll-out of system releases
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on milestones
and deliverables.
Understand and convert requirements from Account Manager to technical specifications,
manage relationship between Account Managers and Technical Team
Communicate proactively with all involved parties in project.
Coordinate with issue logs between Consultant team and Technical team.
Ability to convert requirements into design and codes
Requirements
Project Management experience in IT field, including development works and interactions with customers
Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred with hands-on experience with Java, JSP, MySQL and the common web technologies: Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, CSS OR experience in Android App development. Experience with PhoneGap, Spring, Hibernate framework will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Knowledge and understanding in Application Design, Database Design and User Interface Design.
Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Good people skills, self-motivated , articulate and systematic.
At least 5-year working experience as Team Lead / Project Manager role
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
Added advantage : experienced in dealing / handling South East Asia clients
