Technician

Resposibilities
Perform troubleshooting/ repair/ maintenance of equipment.
Perform installation, commissioning , quality check of equipment/system prior to delivery.
Customer service support; ensure open service issues are closed in a timely manner Work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation
and after sales service.
Provision of follow-up support with customers after equipment installation
Respond to technical and quality issues that arises Prepare relevant internal, external report and customer complain reports And any other
duties as assigned from time to time. Able to create and document basic setting of machines and Engineering settings of machines, hydraulics,
pneumatics, mechanics and basic electrical repair. Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
Willing to work overtime whenever required by the company.
Job Requirement
Candidate who has enthusiasm to learn, self upgrade, expose to industrial enviroment is encourage.
Candidate qualification : Certificate(UEC, STPM and above)
Literate in English and computer Good in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
Able to work in Penang and work overtime when needed. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel,
are also necessary.
Candidate with experience in dispensing machine, knowledge if chemical such like adhersive, resin, urethane and etc will be an advantage.
