Job Description REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/SPMV/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): MAINTENANCE, HVAC SYSTEMS, DIAGNOSE, REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT, REPAIRING, CHILLERS, STRONG, DISCIPLINE, MECHANICAL APTITUDE, PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS, BUSINESS SKILS, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or Air Conditioning equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITY
To regularly check, maintenance, repair, cleaning of all type of air conditioning system
To perform maintenance and servicing according to service agreement
To attend client queries and provide advice on neccessary solution
Be part of a team in developing systems, fixing problems or creating solutions
To performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Ability to manage time, supplies, personnel and funds
