Technician, Facility

Responsibilities:- To ensure that all machinery equipment for VNA are properly serviced and maintained. Preventive maintenance is carried out through proper servicing and inspections. Perform daily inspection for all VNA equipment. Perform minor repairs on VNA equipment. Check and review Equipment Operator Daily Checklist prepared by operation site. Updating records on maintenance of equipment. Report on daily basis to superior. Attend & follow up to complaints from operation for VNA breakdown and dealing with vendor for repairing of equipment. Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior. Ensure all assign contractors follow safety, quality of work and cleanliness during work performed. Escorts contactors during work are performed. Carry out building inspection for all YCH building twice a month. Performs minor building repairs as per requested by superior. Carry out glass inspection. Report outcome on duty routine daily basis to superior. Monitor vendors for any job assign by facility department. Performs internal repairing and conduct it per KPI (7 working days). To attend all related internal and external training or as requested by superior. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or SPM with 1 year experience (preferably related working experience) Computer literate (Microsoft Office Package).
