Technician (Insulation And Painting)

DescriptionMAIN TASKSAccountable and responsible for maintenance management of Insulation/Painting, to deliver the specified level of availability in the most cost effective way with respect to safety, business requirements and conditions. •To maintain insulation/painting condition and work execution, ensuring safety, quality, availability, reliability and cost effectiveness of work for complexes/areas. •To supervise and monitor insulation/painting activities within the time given. •To work with maintenance team to ensure activities and work quality meeting the set standard. •To ensure insulation/painting execution compliance to BPC technical specification. •To communicate effectively with Planners and Supervisors for successful work execution. •To coordinate with operation, maintenance team and contractors for smooth insulation/painting execution. •To work with complex team field supervision on integrated planning between complexes. •To work in TAR activities, execution and monitoring of insulation/painting activities. •To work with MOC and new Project through active involvement by offering advice and site supervision. REQUIREMENTS •Diploma in engineering from a recognized university or college •Experience working in the industrial chemical set-up is an added advantage •Ability to work independently with minimum supervision •Proactive, committed and result oriented team player •Having highly proactive attitude with strong problem solving and analytical skills •Highly independent and possess excellent leadership capabilities •Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure •Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written
