Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports overall operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, following up on repairs and optimize all facilities on kitchen equipment but not limited to plumbing, safety procedures and protection systems in a safe and orderly manner. The goal is to keep kitchen equipment in good condition. This position also creates value for operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance that leads to increased uptime and reliability thus helping restaurants meet their production and quality goals.DUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :Perform Planned Restaurant Maintenance Tasks as assigned.Inspect equipment and operating systems and correct if necessaryEnsure mechanical operation, standards and controls maintained at high quality.Perform preventive maintenance every time/schedule that has been set. Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of kitchen equipment.Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.Ensure repairs and perform preventive maintenance according to established standards.Able to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, cutters, etc. effectively.Able to report damage and work follow-up.Perform cooling system maintenance (condenser cleaning, filter change and others)Maintain maintenance costs & Low maintenance at the restaurant and ensure all equipment is working at all times.
