Description

Responsible for local application and execution of aqua technology in our offering. Ensures product conformance to its design. Principal Accountabilities 30% Application of technology

- Lead the application of technology locally in creating new products, programs, solutions and services using the Customer Focus Development (CFD1) process.

- Work closely with marketing in developing the technology pipeline for new products, programs, services and solutions.
- Capture the value generated by the new products, programs, services and solutions deployed. 30% Product Design and Conformance

- Design product specification (nutritional, production parameters and physical characteristics) to consistently achieve specified product performance specified in the how to win plan.

- Accountable in getting Competitor Product Evaluation (CPEs) from the field.

- Responsible for resolution on product performance related Voice of the the Customer (VOCs).
- Chairs the Design and Conformance meeting of Aqua. 20% Formula Integrity

- Lead Strategic Product Review (SPR) at least once a year within the fiscal year of current products and captures value generated through Proof of Performance (POPs) and if applicable the new volume generated and/or savings generated. 20% Training of commercial team

- Lead capability building of aqua technical services team on new products, programs, services and solutions to

- provide technical service support to our customers.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- College degree in animal nutrition

- At least 5 years’ experience in animal feed formulation

- Strong communication skills

- Highly organized to manage timelines

- Computer skills

- Driving skills

- Good learning agility, adaptable and highly flexible

- Has winning attitude on the growth development of the group and customers Preferred Qualifications

- Masters in Animal Science Majoring in Nutrition

- At least 2 years farm experience

- Has experience in product development

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good working relations with co-employees

- Willing to work on extended hours, weekends, and holidays Job
