Our client is a new marketing and fundraising agency working for some of the most high profile, blue-chip global NGOs in Thailand and across Asia. Our client specialise in events, roadshows or face to face marketing and telephone marketing –the two of main channels for raising funds from the public across Asia today. For almost 20 years, in countries across the world, face to face marketing or telephone marketing has been inspiring members of the public to generously donate on a regular, on-going basis to a variety of different charities and NGOs.

Job Descriptions

- Managing a team of 8-15 sales and fundraising professionals who call leads generated online via surveys or Facebook to convert them to members of the organisations we work for
- Training, motivating, performance managing, developing and progressing our staff
- Lead from the front by achieving personal sales targets as well as team sales targets
- Coaching and mentoring the team for success

Job Requirements

- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales leading a team of people
- Experience in outbound tele sales
- Highly Proficient English verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in fundraising highly desirable but not essential
