Telesales Executive

Responsibilities Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packagesMaintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitchesAssist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessaryReceive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interestedUphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequateBuild an instant rapport through effective communicationGather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively. Requirements Min SPM holder; Diploma etcAble to converse/speak in, English or multi-language and experience in phone sales will be an advantageExperience with telesales/telemarketing/inside sales. B2B industry is an advantage but not necessary. Able to cope with Sales RejectionBe driven by commissionWilling to work in KL Eco City (Walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum).
