The incumbent will maintain, develop and profitably grow existing customer base. He will actively Identify, develop new customer base within assigned Territory and/or Sector and will provide existing and new customers profitable system solutions while delivering a standard of service excellence.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Manage outstanding accounts receivable and resolve customer problems.
Ensure monthly/period sales, expense budget and profitability is achieved.
Ensure service standards are followed within area (95% compliance) to ensure continue account retention.
Ensure daily/weekly delivery of product and area coverage.
Forecast, Zonal & Locational Sales, monthly.
Actively follow and develop leads through updating Sales Funnel
Work closely with other team members to build team culture for delivery of best in class services to customers

Implement Marketing Strategies across the assigned territory.

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
GENERAL:
Business knowledge of the chemical B2B and F&B industry, must be self-motivated, creative with a high-level of energy, customer focus, strong selling / negotiation skills, knowledge of product and its application, Current awareness.
SPECIALIZED:
Basic knowledge of chemistry and formulation, Cost analysis, Good conceptual & problem solving skills essential, Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Result oriented, CRM, key account management, leadership, good observer, business etiquette, and proper grooming standards.
