As Territory Marketing Manager, you will be required to create, develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive acquisitions and orders as well as boost brand awareness for all our business verticals. The ideal candidate is equipped with a knowledge of advertising items production, a natural inclination to learn and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive initiative execution while managing the expectations of various business stakeholders. The candidate should possess an analytical mind and be able to come up with feasible action plans based on campaign data analysis and local logistics constraints.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Vendor Ops, Vendor Onboarding and others to create, develop and execute marketing campaigns & strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
What’s on your menu?
- Work with our trade marketing department to identify branding opportunities with strategic vendors that would provide high visibility and impact
- Support with ground activation to acquire new customers and build brand awareness
- Identify strategic branding and advertising opportunities
- Research products and strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Deepen relationships with existing suppliers and widen our current supplier portfolio
- Recruit, Evaluate and improve campaigns effectiveness based on continuous performance monitoring and analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to better strategize campaign approach on a city level
- Recruit, organize and manage a local team of promoters
- Streamline internal processes and define workflows that link all parties involved with cities marketing What you bring to the table?
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in Marketing operations. Experience with Logistics, Sales, Event Management or similar is a plus
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay. Proficiency in mandarin is a plus
- Proven experience with sourcing, logistics and supplier management
- Strong project management skills and comfortable juggling several projects at the same time
- Creativity and innovation are part of your skillset, as well as ability to think out of the box
- Responsible, structured and precise work attitude, with great attention to details. You are familiar with setting-up efficient workflow and processes
- Able to work independently as well as in tandem with other departments
- Proactive can-do attitude, and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets What we offer:
