Test Development Manager

Description: Job Responsibilities: Support corporate team in NPI test program and hardware design for analog and mixed signal semiconductor products Support both Wafer sort and Final Test Strong understanding of test program, good communication and capability to work with product engineering on test solutions optimization. Implement system level testing with design team Lead and build test engineering team in test program development Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Experience of developing test program for analog/mixed signal product test. Good understanding of test methodology & manufacturing and project management. Familiar in C++, Visual Basic, C-Shell , Perl, Java, Linux, LabView coding skills Tester knowledge in Advantest, Verigy 93k & Teradyne Iflex/Uflex and J750 Networking technical knowhow to semiconductor ATE system, handler and prober. Business focus and Strong communication skills Education and/or Experience: An Electronic Engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent training and 10 years of related experience in product test engineering Has developed and released ATE test program to mass production. Experience leading and managing a team.
