Responsibilities: • Liaise with customer Test Engineering group to ensure all test requirements and changes are being implemented during the NPI phase. • Test Experience in Networking Product • Mobility and PC motherboards will be preferable. • Experience in project transfer and New product launch will be value added. • Lead test development activities related to reverse engineering so as to establish a repeatable test process. • Develop software to integrate testers and internal shop floor control system as to capture data effectively. • Coordinate and execute NPI built within customer’s given schedule. • Resolve technical issues during NPI builds to ensure smooth transition of new products to production. • Verify initial products and identify manufacturability, testability, design and process deficiencies. • Convert customer BOM and prepare Visual Aids for new products / modules. • Perform FMEA for new products to minimize potential risks. Requirements: • Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification with minimum 2 years’ working experience in either • o RF design/ test and functions architecture. o Telecommunication network products o Computing Server/ Blade server • Test knowledge of either o mobile devices such as mobile phones, walkie talkie, wireless payment devices and RF scanner would be an advantage. o telecommunication devices such as ATCA, Network, switches o PC architecture • knowledge in Software Programming such as C==,VB, Unix, Linux • Knowledge in Lean program • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. • Good understanding of engineering concepts, exposure to wide test methodology knowledge. • Able to compute the report using Excel and Word effectively. • Willing to travel and work OT
