Job Description
This position involves the installation, qualification, debug and maintenance of Intel's Test Platform in the Kulim Test Engineering Department. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Participating in co-development of equipment and tooling to meet Module target spec and high volume manufacturability. -Driving innovation and continuous improvement projects to improve performance of equipment/Collaterals assigned, with respect to safety, quality, productivity, availability, yield and cost. -Experience with the use of electrical/mechanical measuring devices such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, calipers/micrometers. For Hardware test, measurement equipment, mechanical, thermal and control systems. -Responsible for ensuring the Test equipment systemic fix, Process sustaining and continuous improvement, testability and manufacturability of Integrated Circuit debug, validation of test margin to Spec. -Defining or improving process control systems and control related to module to prevent excursions and performance degradation (productivity, MOR and Process Capability). -Providing training and guidance to the technicians to improve their competency. -Stakeholder management skill is require to work with varies cross functional group and Virtual factory partners. -Knowledge in Class Test, PPV or Burn in in process and equipment are required as pre-requisition. -Test Equipment L3, Interpretation of circuit/Schematic diagram or expert in current Test engineering/operation knowledge is add advantage. -Response to process signal, analyze the interaction signal and drive systemic fix to improve the baseline issue.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Preferable Mechanical Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Engineering). - This position will be require hardware and software skill. - Good analytical skill and prefer hands on to equipment. - Good knowledge in mechanical design and electrical circuitry is an added advantages. - Possess statistical data analysis and data system automation skills such as JMP, SQL pathfinder, Machine learning - Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, engineering and customers - Candidate must be flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations. - Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities. - Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
