Theme Park Crew – Sky Avenue, Genting Highlands

DESCRIPTION:
Only World Group operates and manages a chain of restaurants and an indoor edutainment theme park located in Genting Premium Outlets and Sky Avenue. We are looking for hungry and passionate talents in joining our team in providing the best hospitality service to all our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure smooth running of operations, by doing proper opening and closing and also ensure all safety measures in place according to SOP
DUTIES:
• To provide friendly and highest standard of customer service to all customers.
• To create happiness and excitement to all customers.
• Ensure compliance to operating guidelines accordance to SOP for all The Top Attractions & Rides and to ensure all operations flow are running smoothly.
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
• To maintain strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Inform guests of ride information such as height restrictions and length of ride time.
• Making recommendations to guests that will ensure their enjoyment and appreciation of all rides.
• Maintain Safety First Standards and also clean service areas on a continuous basis.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, complete ride checks offs at the beginning and closing of every shift.
• To work with enthusiasm, energy, multitasking, maintaining confidentiality and concentration while working under variety of pressures and weather conditions.
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards that contributes to team efforts by accomplishing company set targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum SPM graduate.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess intermediate communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language skills are an added advantage.
• Pleasant and friendly disposition.
• Service oriented and proactive.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and shift work.
