Reservation Assistance: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services, ensuring that reservations are accurate and meet client preferences.2. Ticket Issuance: Support the ticketing process, including issuing tickets, processing reissues, and calculating fares in compliance with industry standards and regulations.3. Customer Support: Address client inquiries, provide information on travel options, and handle special requests. Offer timely and effective solutions to meet client needs.4. Documentation: Verify travel documents, visas, and passports to ensure compliance with international travel requirements. Maintain organized and accurate travel records.5. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure bookings and assist in negotiations that benefit clients.6. Inventory Support: Assist in monitoring ticket and reservation inventory to ensure availability and support the company's revenue goals.7.
