Tire Line Development
Lead the team and develop new tire, tire line or solution to ensure timely deliver of design, process and specification which fulfils the defined targets and design parameters according to the guideline and requirement by the stakeholders. This includes:
Introduction of new products in the market that are developed according to either requirement books or the end consumer needs
Taking over responsibilities for product lines.(Tire Line ownership)
Further development or enhancement of existing product lines (product maintanence)
Taking up work packages responsibilities for tire development projects
Setting up the structure to develop new products incl.: team members; target competitors; technical requirement book; development strategy
Analyse the market to understand the technical requirements for the product, e.g through competitor analysis, market field trips etc
“Translate” Market & Customer requirements into requirement books for the product development.
Initiate or organize new developments or solution workshop
Planning, administration and steering of the project results concerning quality, timing and costs.
Set up and evaluation of necessary tire tests.
Documentation and presentation of new products / results.
Support/set up technical product fact books and presentations for e.g. product launch events of the particular tire lines
Support the marketing activities, which are necessary for the product launch
