Attend and participate in all safety meetings, JSA, pre-tour meetings, operators' safety hazard hunt while at the rig site. Report all HSE/ Quality related incidents immediately to Field Supervisor and/or Operations Supervisor. Complete PPE as per NABORS standard/requirement to be worn at all times including but not limited to safety boot, coverall, safety glass, high impact gloves, hardhat with chinstrap and back brace. Attend and participate in operations meeting on rig site when requested by Field Supervisor. Check and function test torque turn equipment before the start of each job. Review and understand technical specification for pipes and connections prior to starting a job. Rig up/ rig down, calibrate and operate torque turn equipment for various Casing/ Tubing hydraulic tongs. Rig up/ rig down, calibrate and operate wireless torque turn sub for Casing Running Tool (CRT). Analyze, comment & accept torque turn graphs as per casing/ tubing specifications. If in doubt on acceptance of graph, communicate with Field Supervisor. Report all damaged / missing tools for torque turn equipment immediately to the supervisor. Provide torque turn graphs at the end of job immediately to Field Supervisor after job completion. Perform preventive maintenance/ repairs on torque turn equipment when not in use. Assist to rig up and operate power tong, hydraulic power unit, Casing Drive System (CDS), manual tong, fill-up tool, spider, elevator and casing handling equipment. Ensure all torque turn equipment to be used is clean and packed with complete equipment list after job completion (backload list). Perform preventive maintenance on equipment in the workshop facilities. Attend all morning meeting in workshop facilities when working at workshop. Any ad hoc matters as requested by the Field Supervisor or Operations Supervisor.- SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
