Requirements:1. Degree holder from any field of study 2. Minimum 1 year of related experience in training or insurance industry.
3. Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.

5. Understanding of Life Insurance knowledge both conventional and takaful and their related regulatory requirements.
6. Training abilities in soft skill (sales & personal development in specific), sales management/coaching knowledge & skill, product and technical knowledge.
7. Ability to assess training gap and design training programmes to bridge the gap.
8. Sales experience in Financial Institution or Insurance/ Takaful Industry is an added advantage.
9. Ability to assess training effectiveness and subsequently identify required development/ recovery, converting them to training programs to bridge the gap.
10. Ability to identify industry best practices and transfer/ adapt for use in training programmes.
11. Ability to identify training/ competency gap of the new agents, propose training solutions to bridge the gap.
12. Experience in Training & Development in Financial Institution or Insurance/ Takaful Industry.
13. Sales experience in Financial Institution or Insurance/ Takaful Industry is an added advantage.
14. Certificate in PCE and CEILLI will be added advantage.
15. Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
16. Able to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.G. MS Office suite).
17. Experience in social media and digital marketing.
18. Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideas

1. Responsible in designing and development of learning programmes, managing and ensuring effective implementation and delivery of the programmes.
2. Work with Subject Matter Expert to analyse business needs and develop learning objectives and outcomes.
3. Enhance skill set of sales staff in support of Organization's strategic direction.
4. Identify, develop and effective implementation of training programs to meet training needs.
5. Be a specialist in subject matter and be the main pillar of training support of the specialist matter to the sales force.
6. Ensure effective delivery of training program to uplift skill set and knowledge.
7. Ensure constant self-improvement, fast learning, keep abreast of training development and competence practices, latest updates, and market best practices.
1. Support the execution of business projects, maintain project documentation and communication.
2. Responsible for preparing e-brochures, e-posters and digital marketing.
