Trainer

Responsibilities:- Design effective training programs- Prepare training materials- Conduct training and refreshers- Support and mentor new employees- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement- Monitor, analyse & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trends- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA**Requirements**:- Degree in any discipline- 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience.- Language proficiency in English, Simplified Chinese (CNS) and Traditional Chinese (CNT) is mandatory.Minimum bi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred.- Proven experience as corporate trainer.- Background in Gaming is preferred.Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills- Organizational and time management abilitiesCritical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities- Applicants must be willing to work in Livingston Tower,**Job Type**: PermanentSchedule:- Rotational shift
