Trainer

**Job Descriptions**:1. Responsible for creating training contents for all OPPO products, such as smartphones and wearable etc2. Develop and localized training material according to company strategies3. Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date4. Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs and development for sales representative5. Visit shops regularly, especially during peak periods to measure the impact of these visits are focusing to increase KPI6. Identify potential stores or low sales performance stores to conduct training programs7. Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance8. Manage sales performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues of sales representative**Job Requirements**:2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point4. Excellent analytical and time-management skills5. Well organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitask6.
