Trainer (Native Japanese)

**- Design effective training programs.****- Prepare training materials.****- Conduct training and refreshers.****- Support and mentor new employees.****- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.****- Monitor, analyse & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trends.****- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA****- 3 years customer service experience with minimum 1 year training experience****- Fast learner and independent****- Minimum bi-lingual proficiency.****- Language proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.****- Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.****- Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry.****- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.****- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.****- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will****be an asset.****- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.****- Organizational and time management abilities.****- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities.****NOTE: BPO Trainer experience is required****Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- BPO /Training: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Japanese (required)**Location**:- Georgetown (required)Expected Start Date: 04/04/2024
