Liaison with training provider (internal & external), HRM and other Division/Department Heads.- Administer and coordinate various in-house, internal training programs and external training programs.- Maintain accurate data including classes, attendance record, training material in LMS (Learning Management System).- To coordinate & conduct orientation for DL new hire.- Initiate improvement in training delivery, processes and evaluation techniques.- Review and enhance the induction program for effective integration of new hires into an organization.- Manage & coordinate employee educational assistance program (EAP).- To gauge the training effectiveness thru the Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 training evaluation.- Assist superior in handling internal or external audit on L&D processes.- Participate in and contributes to other HR projects.- Education_- (Minimum Level)_- Bachelor's- Field of Study_- Any related fields.- Years of Experience_- (Minimum)_- 5 - 7 years**Lumileds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**05/16/2019- Lumileds Talent Acquisition
