A world of wonder awaits you.Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer service team quality issues, individual performance/skill gaps, recommends insights and implement improvement plans/ training program to improve quality performance- Developing and maintaining training materials ensure they are kept up to date- Work closely with global team to ensure training strategy alignment and provide insight on the designed training program**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and quality (preferably within Customer Service experience / consumer goods environment)- Experienced in designing and executing training program- Familiar with training tools and methods- Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills- Excellent English, communication skills (verbal & written)- Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Ms Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Passionate about training- About Swarovski- Swarovski unifies all parts of its organization under one spellbinding idea and brings forward a wondrous new world of crystal craftsmanship.
