**Position: HR Training and Development Manager****Tenure: Permanent****Salary: Open for Negotiation****Hours: Standard****Location: Bintulu Sarawak****Responsibilities**:- Develop learning materials and assess competencies.- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring effective delivery of content.- Provide thorough orientation training for new employees, ensuring they acquire necessary skills and knowledge.- Facilitate skills-focused learning opportunities for staff as required.- Demonstrate expertise in executing learning and development strategies.- Assess internal training needs to identify areas for improvement.- Stay informed about industry trends and engage in professional development activities.- Cultivate a culture of continual learning and growth.- Coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of training programs across various platforms.- Recommend communication tools and project management resources to maintain alignment with business objectives.**Job Requirements**:- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years' experience in content development and managing training programs.- Proven track record in devising and executing corporate training strategies.- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.- Capable of managing multiple programs concurrently.- Willingness to relocate to Bintulu Sarawak.- Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
