We now seek a passionate Training Programme Manager supporting the Culture & Capability team. We are looking for someone with high energy, enthusiasm, who is highly organised, adaptable and passionate about supporting the team in their drive to deliver excellence in Procurement and throughout AZ.

Key Accountabilities

- Partner with the Culture & Capability Director to shape and scope the training agenda
- Support the Capability Director in the provision of high quality design and roll out of professional training curriculum which aligns with our Procurement capability framework.
- Understand different adult learning methodologies to facilitate the development of engaging and interactive learning methods.
- Be instrumental in the creation of content to develop the Procurement eAcademy
- Create and embed learning aligned to our 4 strategic pillars (Digital, People & Capability, Commercial Excellence & Supplier Collaboration & Innovation)
- Be an expert in creation of micro learnings e.g. Articulate e learnings to improve the learner experience and be Saba savvy.
- Improve the existing Procurement Capability framework & Induction kits to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Ensure learning resources are updated and modernised to fit the evolution of learning
- Ensure learning is delivered through the 3 E’s (Experience, Exposure and Education)
- Administrate the use of Saba LMS to facilitate learning engagement and programme tracking.
- Work independently without day to day direction
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers from contract to completion.
- Support the Culture & Capability, Change and Comms team with ensuring the Learning & Development Resources for Procurement are relevant and accessible.
- Support the Director in the delivery of Capability 2020 roadmap: Development of engaging communications and toolkits/guides to individuals and managers to understand what is available to them, what has happened, expectations etc.
- Project manage the coordination of Procurement capability upskilling across the enterprise.
- Prioritising and delivering high quality learning methods in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Technology/IT skills: Maintain and develop expertise quickly in relevant IT tools, travel booking and communication systems, Nucleus and Saba

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Knowledge and abilities in design of Nucleus pages, Saba, MS office, Outlook, Calendar, PowerPoint, MS project or similar
- Knowledge and ability to use the AZ LMS systems
- Able to challenge the status quo, act proactively, think beyond the role and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to network and engage individuals at all levels of the business
- Experience as a programme coordinator in a complex, international organisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively
- Experience in co ordinating and driving projects to successful delivery
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Flexible, adaptable and highly collaborative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of the Procurement function
- Be passionate about making a difference to people learning.
