Transportation Coordinator Cum Admin

Job Description Job description Arranging the transport or deliveries of good for multiple job site.
Arrange for the storage of stocks and keep track stock level.
Daily scheduling anf handling multiple deliveries.
Job responsiblity
Oversee the time delivery of goods. To maintain delivery schedule and track deliveries tto ensure deliveries are met.
Arrange the schedule for lorry driver and outsourcing team.
Update and provide tracking information to supervisor and manager.
Monitor and report driver issue
Analyze delivery costs and recommended more cost effective methods of transportation.May negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies, assign drivers to route, handle and investigate delivery issue.These may include damaged product and late and lost of deliveries.
Track the material usage at project site and arrange return material if require.
Job requirement
Able to work independently and under pressure
Highly commited, responsible and punctual in work
Good communication and negotiation skills
Working area in Seri Petaling
