Transportation Executive

Plan and arrange delivery truck and manpower for loading, delivery and distribution activities. - Plan and arrange driver and attendant off day schedule - Follow-up with drivers for outstation delivery matters - Review the validity of customer complaint related to transportation issue; follow-up with customer on complaint until case closed - To assist in monitoring and reporting delivery truck maintenance activities - Monitor internal and customer's KPI on transportation activities - To conduct transportation records checking and verification - Any other additional task assigned by the management staffWe are the food chain transporter that provides delivery services for essential goods to our customers in Sarawak, Kota Kinabalu and Brunei.Bachelor's or Equivalent
