We welcome a New Media / Interactive / Multimedia Designer with at least 4 years of working experience, who possesses an understanding of HTML, CSS, and design systems.
The ideal candidate is passionate about web app and UI/UX design, and loves to craft vibrant visuals and generate bold ideas.
RoleBe a part of our design team and work on design tasks, concentrating on creating a good portfolio.
TasksCollaborate with other designers or solely handle the client's web and app UI and visual design.
Work closely with the PM, software engineers, and others.
ResponsibilitiesResearch and understand client products.
Set up the design system for new client projects.
Focus on visual design and creating UI that considers the best possible user experience (UX).
Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent designs.
Design and maintain website, web-based application, and mobile application interfaces, including micro-interaction animations.
Work closely with the design and developer teams to ensure each design meets requirements.
Review final artwork and content for errors and ensure that final artworks reflect client specifications.
Constantly explore new tools and contribute ideas to speed up the working method.
For example: sharing and suggesting the implementation of new Figma functions/plugins to the team, or exploring tools like Dora, Spline, ThreeJS for animated websites.
Be part of the organizing team to set up design workshops for internal and client teams, run usability tests, and seek interviewer candidates.

Minimum RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience.

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, New Media Design, or any equivalent.
A portfolio of artwork showcased on Behance, a Portfolio Website, or any equivalent.
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Design System, Lottie, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Animation/Motion Graphics are an advantage.
