In your new role you will:
Responsible on Process Control Monitoring (PCM) Wafer Testing process.
Providing sustaining engineering support, this included
a. Disposition of problem lot with low yield issue
b. Troubleshoot tester hardware issue
c. Be part of active team member in module internal Quality/Speed/Cost project
Manage and sustain PCM tester recipe.
Release and qualify new PCM machine to optimize production output
Define, review, update and implement written specification for PCM test related processes to standardize manufacturing process with other IFX sites as well as maximize production performance and yields
Support new product introduction which required new PCM test hardware/software setup
Support production in planning and executing capacity expansions for volume ramps for new and existing products
Initiative to conduct evaluation & study for cost saving, capacity expansion and quality improvement project
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience in semiconductor environment
Flexible, innovative, good team work and can work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Able to work in shift pattern (normal working hours)
