JOB DETAILS:
- 24 Hours Rotational Shift (Including Midnight Shift), 8 Working Hours in a Day
- 6 Working Days in a week

REQUIREMENTS:
- High Proficient English (both Spoken & Written skill), Bahasa & Mandarin will be an added value.
- Education qualification: SPM or above
- 2 years of related working experience in a call center as a Team Leader Role.
- Proven past record of leading a team of minimum 8-10 agents.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Excellent typing skills
- Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift, 9 Hours per Shift, 6 days per week.
- Basic user-level knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 7).
RESPONSIBILITY:
- To undertake daily management activities of a team of agents for customer support. Supervise, train, coach & motivate the team to achieve KPI
- To constantly monitor and manage performance of the individuals & team
- To initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule, standard operation procedure.
- To contribute overall quality (coaching, transaction monitoring, process improvement & etc.
- To prepare monthly end & ad hoc reports as & when required.
- To manage client’s expectation & ensure daily deliver ables are met.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of minimum 10 - 15 agents on average.
