(Up To Rm5000) Mandarin Speaking Senior Public Relation/ Corporate Communication Executive (Penang)

Benefits:

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
2. Required languages: English and Mandarin
3. At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4.Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development/ Public Relation or equivalent
5. Self-driven and self-starter who takes initiative and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines
6. Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
7. Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.
8. Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
9. Ability and willingness to manage up and laterally.
10. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
11. Experience in planning, managing, and delivering press and external communication work programmes within the organization
12. Experience of managing work programmes and projects, and developing briefs, plans and procedures
13. Possess excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with good grammar and literacy.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monitoring the business’s industry and competitive media coverage, providing the business with regular media activity status reports, managing daily coverage reports, and also providing business event progress and reports as they occur.
2. To lead, manage, and deliver an external communication work programme, including media relations, PR, awards, corporate publications and events.
3. To develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key business areas and to provide an external communications advice and support service.
4. To plan, manage, and deliver a range of high quality corporate communications projects, campaigns, and activities to agreed timescales and budgets, including: Proactive and reactive media enquiries, media releases and statements, briefings and building relationships with journalists, media advice and interview support, crisis communications.
5. To manage the procurement of and relationships with creative agencies and suppliers.
6. To assist the CMO with crisis and reputation management and business continuity.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
