2. At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:-
HR Strategies
o Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
o Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
o Maintaining a company directory and other organizational charts
HR Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
o Nurture a positive working environment
o Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
o Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
o Maintaining affirmative action programs
o Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Recruitment, Training & Performance Management
o Managing the recruitment and selection process
o Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
o Overseeing exit interviews
o Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
o Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
o Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Compensation and benefits administration
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
o Maintain pay plan and benefits program
o Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
o Conducting an annual salary survey
o Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
o Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s staff evaluation program
o Performing benefits administration
o Maintaining department records and reports
o Participating in administrative staff meetings
Skills:-
o Good interpersonal and communication skills are written and verbal.
o In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws and updates and HR best practices.
o Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
o Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
o PC literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
o Accuracy and attention to detail.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
o Must be a team player, independent with self-initiative, meticulous, and have a strong sense of honesty, accountability, and responsibility.
Abilities/Attitudes:-
o Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
o Punctual and have a great attitude - “Can do” attitude – with problem-solving skills.
o A Team player who is IMPARTIAL.
o Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
