Urgent Hiring : Operation Manager

Job Requirements
1. Engineering background with 5-10 years manufacturing operations work experience in EMS work environment (SMT / PCBA )
2. Extensive know-how on the running factory, with expertise in site management, lean manufacturing, and process improvement
3. Experience in implementing Manufacturing Execution (MES) system is an advantage
4. Good international visions and strong experience in working with a team from different culture and background
Main Responsibilities
1. Leading manufacturing operations including Production, Engineering, and Quality
2. Owner of Manufacturing Operations profitability and Spearhead of the factory site in supporting the Company's business development
3. Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, material and other resources to meet manufacturing capacity
4. Manage manpower and machine resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
5. Drive Functional Departments to ensure on-time shipment & quality products to meet customer expectations.
6. Drive and manage the Continuous Improvement programs in cycle time reduction, indirect material utilization, material attrition, and product quality yield
7. Develop efficiency strategies and continuous improvement plans to meet production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.
8. Drive Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering in early involvement with Development Engineering on NPI activities
