Ux Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our brand new department - Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)!
Our brand new department has a mission to drive business strategies and maximize return on investments through project and product initiatives and deliveries. Join us to lead business analysis over a diverse portfolio of projects at the enterprise level. We need talented and creative people like you to determine our company’s future.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and you also should have a portfolio of professional design projects.
You will:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, wireframes, and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers Perform any other task which commensurates with this position
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have:
BSc in Design, or Computer Science or relevant field Proven UI/UX work experience Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Team spirit; strong communication skills Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
