Valuation Executive

WE ARE HIRING!VALUATION EXECUTIVE**Job Description**:- To ensure field inspection of properties to be valued including the relevant comparable, ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles- Prepare and deliver valuation report within specific time frame Sourcing of new clients, able to conduct a talk/briefing and maintain good relationship with existing clients- To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise- To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad hoc task given- To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques- To ensure good customer service with all inquiries promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to- To set up a good data base system for the department- To market the valuation services to our panel of bankers, corporate clients and other valuation prospects.- Any other tasks assigned by superior or management**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 year of working exposure or experience in a similar role.- Able to work independently.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Valuation: 2 years (required)Application Deadline: 05/01/2024Expected Start Date: 05/15/2024
