Job Summary

Create quality multimedia contents, including but not limited to the filming of video lectures in the studio and field, ensuring the correct formatting and presentation of videos according to the specific client's needs and University guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Create, search and design graphics for online course contents.

2. Gather and transfer all forms of media, including basic animation and graphic design, for online courses at the University. Including filming in the studio or field for academic lectures and videos needed by the online courses.

3. Conduct postproduction, graphic, and video editing while improving the quality of the product.

4. Provide project management support of the online course's media development section, including managing all technical aspects of video recording and editing.

5. Conduct media inventory and equipment management.

6. Provide instructions and support to faculty on media content development in person or online.

7. Collaborate closely with instructional designer and faculty to achieve the desired result of media contents for a course.

8. Explore new skills, software, platform in media development in the area of online learning to improve and refine the current process.

9. Master media-related software and platform adopted by the University

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Experienced with video work in the studio.

· Working knowledge of video production equipment

· Working knowledge of video editing and postproduction software (Final Cut, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)

· Experience with online course platform, software, and content development preferred.

· Attention to details; and ability to work independently or on a team.

· Ability to communicate effectively by email and phone.

· Excellent collaboration among diverse groups.
