Job Description Fairview International School We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic art teacher to complement our dedicated team of outstanding teachers. The role is on a full time basis, working closely with the head of department to help deliver all aspects of the Art curriculum across primary and middle year level.
Required Skills and expertise:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art.
Have a proven track record of improvement
Be able to creatively contribute to the development of the students and the curriculum

Responsibilities:
Teaching Arts to a range of classes of different levels and language proficiency.
Monitoring and evaluating the progress and development of the students under one?s charge and giving useful and timely feedback to students and parents.
Preparing and assessing student learning to facilitate positive and effective development.
Working with others in supporting the department in curriculum development/review and other departmental needs.
Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and preparing relevant teaching resources.
Participate actively in Programme meeting and subject-based meetings.
Perform student management duties as required.
Requirements:
Have a strong commitment to and passion for education.
Have a broad and thorough knowledge of the teaching subject.
Preferably at least 2-3 years of teaching experience in Arts.
Be self-motivated, responsible, caring and innovative.
A good command of English
At least a Band 4 in MUET examinations
