Responsibilities
- Lead a top performing team of +60 people forming our operations group and develop our next generation of first time managers
- Dive deeply into our operations, understand our business bottom-up and shape and optimise our processes
- Drive initiatives to improve organisation and presentations of content on site to improve SEO ranking and consumer engagement to ensure continued double digit monthly growth
- Continue to implement agile / lean principles to improve effectiveness and efficiency incl:
- Coach teams and team members
- Support teams in facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Shield his team from outside distractions and interferences
- Motivate your staff to become obsessed about attention-to-detail even for repetitive tasks
- Leverage the other parts of the organisation to support you through great communication, clear scope of your needs and outstanding project management
- Become an key member of a close knit senior leadership team, working with colleagues to define the growth agenda and plan to achieve
