Waitress / Waiter

Providing the service of Food & Beverage to the guest in a friendly courteous manner.
Must constantly strive to give excellent and friendly service.
Greeting and show the arriving guests to the tables.
Must be familiar with the menu, basic recipes of each dishes, condiment and also the correct cutleries and utensils that goes with each dish.
Must be familiar with all the specifics of food and beverage service and to follow the standard service procedures at all time.
Must be able to recommend food and beverage to the guests.
Must be able to work on 3 rotating shift or split shift.
Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Must be able to stand for long hours.
