Warehouse EngineerKey Responsibilities:-
Strategically plan and manage warehouse to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness. Drive daily warehouse issue solutions and transportation process been implemented correctly and timely. Responsible for stock physical counts/ audit, reconciling with system record, material return, verification, etc. Responsible for the coordination and communication with other departments to ensure a smooth operation. To maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse, ensure all racks are labelled with correct stocks, and responsible for maintenance and safety of the warehouse inventory, facilities, assets and equipment. Maintain proper 5S and safety in warehouse operations. Lead the development and improvement of warehouse internal process, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Implement FIFO approach in warehouse and plan space layout. To identify damage, loss or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse. Support warehouse annual budget preparation. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce. Lead the annual performance management process to evaluate team member’s overall performance. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Responsible for proper records keeping, and preparation of required documents and reports.
Job Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering /Metallurgical Engineering / Mechanical / Chemical or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related working experience. Good supervisory, team player, self-motivated and good teamwork spirit. Excellent in organizational, interpersonal, interpretation and written and oral communication skills An excellent command of English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage. Fresh Graduate will be considered.
