Warehouse Executive

1. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision. 2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations. 3. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. 4. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. 5. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system. 6. Supervise warehouse employees and able to work with all levels of staff. 7. Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees. 8. Liaise with relevant department on stock arrangement, drivers and also transport companies to ensure efficient delivery of stocks. 9. Perform general maintenance of transport used in the warehouse. 10. Inspect condition of tools and equipment. 11. Prepare annual budget, produce reports and statics regularly (In/ Out status report, dead stock report etc). 12. Manage outlets request promptly and resolve issues quickly. 13. Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. 14.
