Warehouse Manager

1. Must have a strong leadership skill and able to lead the entire store operations. 2. Strategically manage store in compliance with company's policies and standards. 3. Oversee store daily activities from receiving, storing, retrieving until kitting to assembly line. Maintain consistent of data entry up-to-date, inventory accuracy and resolve variances with justification. 4. Hands-on experience on ERP system knowledge with good data analytical and troubleshooting skills. Use software to track inventory characteristics, types, and movement. 5. Work closely with logistics and purchasing teams for store activities required trade compliance. Added advantage if has a basic knowledge of Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse. 6. Setup store layout and ensure efficient space utilization and proactively liaise with assembly line for prioritizing work. 7. Accomplishes store operations by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching staffs. Must be able to develop the career plan for his staff. 8. Responsible for departmental budget and key performance indicators. 9. Manage staffs' performance and resolve conflict and equally distribute work and learning opportunities. 10. Manage the departmental equipment and ensure periodic maintenance are well taking care. 11. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. 12.
