You will need to Succed in:
Responsible Warehouse Management for Raw Materials >Packaging >Finished Goods divisions
In-charge finished good packaging plant (bagging-flaker / drumming / beading)
Liaise with Sales / Logistics / Shipping Department for delivery schedule
Perform Warehouse Planning
You'll be Responsible for:
Responsible to overseeing the inventory management process, defining strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec materials and reduce aging material.
Maintain warehousing, receiving and distribution operations by initiating coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Maintain stock accuracy at all times through effective cycle counting and stock checks
Responsible for the physical stock reconciliation of stock and apply FIFO system where applicable.
Responsible for the optimization of warehouse storage space.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules.
Implementation logistics improvement plans to ensure quality delivery.
To grab this opportunity, you Have To:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in Supply Chain / Business Administation or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Mandarin speaker as added advantage to work closely with China counterpart
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Food Manufacturer Experience is a must, preferably in Oleochemical / Food Refinery industry.
Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Applicant must be willing work in Johor Bahru
