Warehouse Manager | Minimum 4 Years Experience

Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ Management or equivalent.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
- The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
- Minimum 4~5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin(MUST), English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision.
- To plan organize and supervise staffs and drivers to accomplish daily tasks and schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- To lead staffs towards compliance of SOPs, FIFO and 5 S maintenance.
- To monitor documents, flow and proper records are maintenance.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory control and space management.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
